Warranty policys;

The Warranty policy begins on the date the motorcycle or scooter is purchased.

Make sure to use and maintain your motorcycle or scooter based on the requirements stated in the owner's manual.

Use authorized lubricants only. Do not use any unauthorized parts or alterations.

Depending on the manufacturer, warranties can vary: Some cover parts only. Some cover parts and labor, some cover parts and labor for part of the warranty and after a predertermined period cover parts only.

Remember your warranty will be honored by the "manufacturer"through RPM Motorcycles and it is solely the decision of the manufacturer to either approve or disaprove the claim at the time a problem occurs.

Ask about the details of your policy at the time of purchase.

WARRANTIES

Most warranties cover the following parts:

ENGINE: All internal lubricated parts. The engine head, engine block, and cylinder barrels are cover only as a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components.

TRANSFER CASE: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transfer case. The transfer case itself will be covered only if the damage is a result of the mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transfer case.

DIFFERENTIAL: All internal lubricated parts contained within the drive axle housing case. The drive axle housing itself if damaged only as a result of the mechanical failure of any of the internal lubricated components contained the drive axle housing.

TRANSMISSION: All internal lubricated parts contained within the transmission case. The transmission case itself if damaged solely as a result of mechanical failure of one or more of the internal lubricated components contained within the transmission case.

EXCLUSIONS AND EXCEPTIONS

This limited warranty does not cover plastic shrouding or covers, reflectors, remotes starting, alarms, key pads, seat upholstery, tires, brakes, belts, clutches, variators or batteries as these components are considered wear items.

This limited warranty does not cover any failure or malfunction of the "motorcycle or scooter" resulting from failure to operate or maintain the "motorcycle or scooter" in accordance with the directions contained in the owners manual provided by the manufacturer.

Any injury, loss, damage, defect or malfunction, or failure to function resulting from any accident, acts, of God, alterations in the "product" by anyone other than the distributor, or misuse, unreasonable use, tampering, abuse, thefts, omissions, or negligence by anyone other than the manufacturer.

Unless otherwise indicated, this limited warranty is applicable only to the customer as an original purchaser of the "motorcycle or scooter" from RPM MOTORCYCLES, INC. and shall not apply to any subsequent purchaser, assignee or other recipient of the scooter from the customer. Please check with us.
